playing around with single doc mode, related to #113

ok the latest version has a CLI in it so you can do:

jupyter-book create myreport --notebook path/to/myntbk.ipynb

There are still some things to figure out:

  1. This is going to create more confusion with Ruby, since people will expect it to "just work" we need to figure out how to install the necessary ruby gems globally as a part of the install process
  2. To that extent, I still can't figure out how to get ruby installed properly on Binder >:-( so your best bet is to clone this repo to test it out.

Ran locally on an example notebook and it looks great 🎉✨

One Ruby question -- any idea how or if we can include references, here ?
